We are excited to welcome you to Shvaas. We hope to give you everything the beautiful practice of yoga and pranayama (meditation and mindfulness) has to offer. Our passion is to make the practice accessible to all, experienced or an absolute beginner, in a friendly, safe and fun environment.

Classes offered at Shvaas

All our classes are delivered online, in a flow format, with poses that are intelligently sequenced to create a dynamic and strong practice. The classes generally have a theme (e.g. strength, conditioning) and a focal point (e.g. Shoulders, Core).

Classes are run for 30 to 45 minutes on weekdays and weekends. You can attend the classes from the comfort of your home. All you need is a mat, laptop or mobile and yourself! 

Private one on one classes are also offered. This is a great option if you are looking to set up a personal practice (including tailoring to any injuries), understanding and refining technique, or progressing faster with some challenging poses (like arm balances).

Class Description

Vinyasa Flow

Powerful and energetic flow of asanas that are intelligently sequenced to leave you feeling stronger and vitalised.

 

Slow paced Yin

Paced sequence of asanas aimed at creating a deeper stretch through longer holds, resulting in a relaxed body and mind.

Core Flow

Dynamic asanas that strengthen and stabilise the core, resulting in stronger balance and structure that protects the spine.
