All yoga classes and any other services (“Services”) offered by Shvaas are governed the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing and participating in a Service you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Health Disclaimer
Yoga is a physical activity and exercise. Accordingly, you should always seek your own medical advice from your physician or other qualified health practitioner with any questions you may have before you start any physical exercise regimen, routine, program or using any suggested equipment, in our classes. Shvaas staff are not health practitioners. If you are experiencing any medical conditions or are pregnant it is your responsibility seek medical advice before continuing with a yoga class and inform Shvaas staff before commencement of that class. You agree to cease participating in any class if you experience any faintness, shortness of breath or become aware of any injury, illness or condition during the class.
You agree to comply with all instructions and directions in relation to proper and safe participation given by Shvaas staff during a Service. Subject to any rights at law which cannot be excluded, Shvaas will not be liable to you for any injury or damage whatsoever, including damages for loss of income, injury or property damage, except to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email address and payment details (e.g. Bank account)

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Shvaas.
Shvaas has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Shvaas shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
Shvaas reserves the right, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. You will be deemed to have accepted any changes to these Terms on your continued participation in a Service following our publication of the Terms on the Shvaas website.
Booking and Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, we respectfully request you do so at least 24 hours prior to start of the class. This will allow us to provide the space for another participant. Your class fees will be fully refunded if you choose to cancel 24 hours prior to start of the class. Cancellations or reschedules cannot be made
within 24 hours of a scheduled class. This means you will incur a cancellation fees which is the same as the class fees. Missed classes will also incur a cancellation fees which is the same as the class fees.
Our Website Services
Our services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria.
