Ethics and wellbeing are not just ideals; they’re strategic imperatives. Leaders who lead ethically earn lasting trust. Those who prioritise wellbeing create resilient, high-performing cultures. This retreat is where both meet - at the intersection of personal renewal and organisational impact.
Why it's needed
In today’s fast-paced, high-stakes environment, leadership can be both inspiring and exhausting. The greatest leaders don’t just drive results - they lead with purpose, ethics, and wellbeing at their core. This retreat offers a rare opportunity to step away from daily demands, reconnect with your leadership values, and return recharged - with clarity, conviction, and a plan.

Oscar’s on the Yarra is a quiet, laid-back boutique hotel located in Warburton on the river Yarra. There is a firepit near the river (where we will host our welcome chat) and a newly installed sauna facility. Meals can be taken on the veranda and the Warburton rail trail is just across the road from the property.
-
We are expecting around eight to ten people - enough to have a diversity of views but small enough to allow for a more intimate sharing experience.

Anu and Heidi straddle multiple professional worlds with deep connections to corporate Australia, non-profits, yoga, wellness and for-purpose work. The workshop is targeted towards people in senior roles with some leadership responsibilities. We also want to nurture up and coming leaders so if there’s someone in your team who you think would benefit from our unique wellness and leadership approach please get in touch.
-
The Ethics Toolkit session will spend some time examining the intersection between the law, moral codes and etiquette. We will unpack and share examples of situations where leaders experience ethical concerns. The workshop will give a grounding in ethical theory applicable for everyday scenarios (especially around how to make good, morally robust decisions), explore our changing value-set and finally we will build our personal ethical and value-aligned mission to take back out into the world.
